Fine wines are another impressive feature of the new Le Chef. We have selected the wines from Italy and Spain to complement the exquisite fusion cuisine from a cellar that is crammed with top labels. The wines – Chardonnay Salento 2009; Arrow Rock – Sauvignon Blanc 2009, Orinoco – Pinot Noir 2008; and Negroamaro Salento 2009 will be served by the glass or bottle.
