The Metropark Hotel Wanchai Hong Kong has revamped its popular Le Chef restaurant following a significant renovation. The new space now has an intimate contemporary décor with an exciting "fusion" menu that is complemented by a wine pairing menu.

Le Chef focuses on traditional Asian and Western dishes imbued with inventive flair. The new menu reflects our chef's penchant for hearty, great-tasting global food, including entrées, crudités, pastas, Asian platters and desserts. Each dish is delightfully presented as a piece of culinary art.

Cutting-edge technology is also a feature of Le Chef, with all menus delivered to diners on an iPad, rather than in the traditional printed format. The iPad menu features the restaurant's signature dishes and tailored wine cellar collection, plus details about the restaurant and hotel facilities, and information about the latest scene of the Hong Kong life.
